1. Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied within the first 7 calendar days of your initial subscription payment, you are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked.
Email support@scanyour.site with subject line "Refund Request". Refunds process within 5–10 business days.
2. Eligibility
Refunds are available when the request is within 7 days of the initial payment and the account has not been terminated for policy violations.
Refunds are not available for renewal charges, partial months, or accounts suspended due to violations.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of your billing period, then your account reverts to the Free tier. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.
4. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades
Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades apply the difference as credit to your next invoice, not as a cash refund.
