By accessing or using ScanYour.site ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

ScanYour.site provides automated web security scanning, vulnerability detection, and AI-generated security reports for domains that you own or have explicit written authorization to scan. The Service includes port scanning, SSL/TLS analysis, header analysis, and other non-destructive reconnaissance tools.

You may only use the Service to scan domains and systems that you own or for which you have explicit written authorization from the system owner. By initiating any scan, you:

• Confirm you have legal authority to scan the target domain.
• Accept full legal responsibility for all scans initiated from your account.
• Acknowledge that unauthorized scanning may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), the UK Computer Misuse Act, and equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.
• Consent to your IP address and scan timestamp being logged for compliance purposes.

ScanYour.site reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts suspected of unauthorized scanning without prior notice.

You agree not to:

• Scan systems you do not own or lack explicit written authorization to test.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activities.
• Attempt to circumvent daily scan limits or rate limiting through technical means.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate reports for resale without a valid white-label agreement.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the AI-generated reports, scan engine, scoring algorithms, and UI — are the exclusive property of ScanYour.site and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Security reports generated for your domains are licensed to you for personal or internal business use only.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. ScanYour.site does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any scan results will be exhaustive or free from false positives or false negatives. Security scanning is inherently incomplete — the Service is not a substitute for a professional penetration test.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScanYour.site shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, even if ScanYour.site has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
